Exploring Innovation and Craftsmanship at Clerkenwell Design Week 2025.

Clerkenwell Design Week 2025 once again transformed London’s most creative neighbourhood into a vibrant hub of ideas, artistry, and innovation. Each May, the district’s historic streets become a showcase for the latest in design thinking, attracting industry leaders, design enthusiasts, and curious minds from around the world.

We had the pleasure of attending this year’s festival and were truly inspired by the diversity of talent and creativity on display. Whether you're a seasoned professional, an interiors aficionado, or simply seeking fresh inspiration, CDW offers an immersive experience like no other.

Here are some of our standout moments from CDW25:

Bolzan’s “Woven Dreams” Headboard Series

Bolzan, the renowned Italian furniture atelier, unveiled ‘Woven Dreams’, a striking new headboard collection created in collaboration with acclaimed designers India Mahdavi and Martino Gamper (OBE). Crafted with eco-conscious materials, this collection reimagines the headboard as an interactive centrepiece, blending artisanal tradition with modern versatility.

Alex Chinneck’s Rippling Wall Installation

In Charterhouse Square, Alex Chinneck’s large-scale sculptural installation captivated audiences. Modelled on the surrounding Georgian architecture, the piece appeared to ripple and fold, transforming a four-storey brick façade into a dynamic illusion. It was a masterclass in playful, architectural storytelling.
