Established in 2024, Haddon is a luxury, family-owned, British bathroom brand committed to craftsmanship, enduring quality, and timeless design.

Created in response to the rising demand for luxury bathroom collections available at accessible price points, Haddon set out to bridge the gap between designer exclusivity and attainable elegance.

Cool Blue was tasked with launching Haddon into the bathroom marketplace, developing a distinctive brand identity and positioning Haddon as a credible new name in British luxury.

In a crowded market, Haddon needed to cement its authority as a design-led bathroom brand, positioning itself as a new standard in contemporary luxury through wider PR opportunities, celebrating classic British design by enhancing its visibility and engagement in various markets.

Strategy and execution

Cool Blue collaborated closely with the in-house marketing team to deliver a comprehensive launch plan spanning trade, consumer, and digital channels, designed to build awareness and establish Haddon as an expert in a competitive landscape. As a team, we developed a refined visual and written brand identity that reflected sophistication and authenticity.

To educate consumers on luxury bathrooms, Cool Blue created an expert quote bank, supplying the media with design tips as well as educational comments to position Haddon and its founders as a voice of authority. Cool Blue utilised its media relationships, securing profile features, expert comment and product placement across leading trade and design titles, while strengthening brand visibility through strategic backlinks and SEO-optimised press coverage.
