Strategy and Execution
Cool Blue worked closely with the brand to develop an effective social media strategy to raise brand awareness and position The Floor Room as the leading flooring expert in a competitive marketplace. The content focused on visually appealing and informative posts and user-generated content, with a posting frequency of two to three times a week. The success of the campaign was measured by engagement metrics and follower growth, with an insightful report provided monthly.
Alongside an organic social media campaign, The Floor Room’s objectives were to enhance brand visibility, generate sales and drive traffic to the website through a paid advertising strategy. This was achieved by promoting the brand’s product and service offering, raising awareness of its stores, developing time-limited promotional campaigns and creating cross-promotional activities. A multi-channel approach was used with a moderate budget, and the outcome was measured through hard metrics, including impressions, accounts reached, and click-through rates, with regular performance reports provided to again track progress.
