In a crowded market, The Floor Room needed to cement its authority as a design-led flooring brand, positioning itself as an inspirational brand for the design-savvy consumer.
Strategy and Execution
Cool Blue worked closely with the in-house marketing team to develop a comprehensive launch plan across press, digital, and social media to raise brand awareness and position The Floor Room as the leading flooring expert in a competitive marketplace.
To educate consumers on flooring we created a quote bank, supplying the media with both design tips as well as educational comments to position The Floor Room as a voice of authority.
Taking insight from customer buying habits, fashion and the world around us, we supported the client with the launch of seasonal design trends, and created a suite of assets, including photography and a lookbook to position The Floor Room as a leading design brand.
We managed the day-to-day press office function, distributing content to key consumer publications, offering exclusive stories and expert commentary to support the upcoming trends. We also supported them with entering into awards and enhancing the brand’s profile through wider media initiatives and partnerships.
