Highlights from London Design Week 2025.

This week the interiors team headed off to the Design Centre for one of the biggest design shows in the calendar, London Design Week.

Met with the familiar grand entrance of a floral installation, London Design Week is a key spring interiors event that offers the brightest and the best of world-class talent, making this celebration of the new season a remarkable source of inspiration, knowledge and creativity for both professionals and design-lovers alike.

A fantastic opportunity for the team to visit 100s of brands all under one roof, including catch-ups with our industry friends. We have included a round-up of our highlights from the event.

Heathfield & Co – www.heathfield.co.uk

Brand new to the harbour, Heathfield & Co debuted its new London showroom. For over 40 years, the brand has been designing and manufacturing timeless lighting for modern living. Its beautiful home-from-home showroom concept has been designed to inspire and engage. Divided into key areas, including a spacious kitchen island and a relaxed living room, its lighting collections were on full display, showing the viewer how layered lighting can transform an interior space.

What caught our eye however was the beautiful new Selene Collection, a series of portable table lamps, created in collaboration with award-winning garden designer Pollyanna Wilkinson, which debuted at London Design Week.

With the rise in rechargeable lights and the desire for bringing the indoors, out, the portable collection is nature-infused, drawing inspiration from the celestial elegance of the moon. Through the use of luxury materials, including marble, brass and smoked oak, each lamp celebrates Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, capturing the soft ambient glow and fluidity of lunar light. Not only are the lamps portable, allowing you to transition seamlessly from indoor to outdoor settings, but the designs look as beautiful on as they do off.

New for London Design Week, was the launch of its bold Jazz Live wallpaper collection. Inspired by the iconic world of jazz music and the libertine spirit embraced by many legends of this genre, the new wallpaper collection embodies the opulence and vibrancy of the jazz culture. Blending art, rhythm and haute-couture influencers, this collection is a striking contemporary statement, bringing an electric energy onto the walls.

MindTheGap really did bring the spirit of jazz to life through design and we love it!

A collection of colourful indoor/outdoor fabrics and cushions, Capri, is the 6th collection between the design powerhouses. Taking inspiration from the beguiling Italian island of Capri with its breezy glamour and vibrancy of the Italian Riviera, this collection depicts classic deckchair stripes and smart herringbone weaves which fill the island’s beaches, transporting a dose of la dolce vita into your home.

With pastels dominating interiors for spring/summer Ca’Pietra’s newest collection did not disappoint.

Launched for London Design Week, Ca’Pietra showcased the Aventuras collection, a travel-inspired tile collection in partnership with fabric designer, Zoe Glencross.

Inspired by her travels to Seville, Lisbon, Majorca and Porto, the Aventuras collection is a celebration of pattern, colour and heritage. Divided into three distinct colour stories, four of Glencross’ signature textile prints have been reimagined and applied to porcelain tiles giving them the versatility to create borders and custom layouts.

Colour is central to the collection, embarrassing warm terracotta, pinky-beige tones, vibrate coastal blues and more; bringing the beautiful colours of the Mediterranean into our home, one tile at a time.

Once again, London Design Week did not disappoint, and with 130 plus showrooms and more than 600 international brands all under one roof, there continues to be so much to see and explore!
